What is Inchcape Premium Selection (Bravoauto) program?
Inchcape became famous as a BMW and MINI dealer in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław. The sale of new cars is not the only area of the brand’s activity – the company also offers used cars – not only BMW or MINI, but also other brands as part of the Inchcape Premium Selection program, currently under the name of Bravoauto.
What is the Inchcape Certified program?
The used car market in Poland is very large, and at the same time full of specific phenomena. Unfortunately, it is far from being transparent and honest, although it would certainly be wrong to reduce every seller to one group. There are both honest and dishonest ones, but it is the bad reputation of the latter that effectively makes people lose sleep over buying a car on the secondary market. Programs such as the one belonging to Inchcape, a well-known BMW dealer in Poland, and MINI – not only cars but also motorcycles (as Inchcape Motor Polska) are created for them.
Until recently, the program was known for its previous name, enjoying a lot of interest among the customers. The brand representatives, however, decided to create a separate program devoted to selling used cars which are subjected to meticulous control, and the mechanical inspection are to ensure the customers that the technical condition of an offered car is flawless. Thus, the program has gained a new name: Bravoauto.
Who is the program addressed to?
A popular BMW dealer primarily targeted more affluent customers, who for various reasons do not decide to buy a new car, choosing a used car in return. Vehicles available in the Inchcape program were to have excellent technical condition, perfect appearance both internal and external, as well as lower mileage, compared to the cars manufactured in the same year. However, since the program is run under the Bravoauto name, the cars available in its offer do not only consist of BMW and MINI but also cars of other manufacturers whose offer might interest thse customers who would like to spend less.
The BMW dealership program is therefore aimed at anyone who would like to buy a used vehicle – not just a BMW brand or a MINI brand – safely and without risk, and also conveniently. Just the way it happens when buying a new car in the store.
Financing under the Inchcape Premium Selection program
Buying a used car of the Premium class is often a big expense, which is why Inchcape Motor Polska offers various financing options. Those who are interested can pay the full amount in cash at a time, but the BMW dealer also offers a loan and a lease.
Intended for the individual users, the BMW loan allows you to spread the repayment over up to 96 installments (8 years). The company promised competitive interest rates and a minimum of formalities. BMW Leasing and BMW Comfort Lease are, in turn, offers prepared for company customers, who can include a monthly installment for the car in the costs of running a business.
In this case as well, Bravoauto offers both a loan and a lease, boasting of the maximally shortened time required to complete all technical matters and minimal formalities required.
How are the cars checked?
Before used cars were offered by Inchcape Motor, the BMW dealer made sure that the vehicles fully meet the required standards. They underwent an extremely rigorous image review, during which mechanical elements were checked. Much attention was also paid to the appearance – including the quality of the interior. In the review, there could also be elements such as wheel inspections or a test drive. All these factors influence whether the car can pass the inspection and be qualified for the program.

Which vehicles are available in this program?

BMW
BMW is one of the most popular car brands chosen by Poles, this applies to both new cars and those from the first (or any subsequent) hand. Inchcape Certified is the program of a well-known BMW dealer in Poland, so it is no wonder that BMW cars dominated in the offer.
The Premium Selection certified BMW cars can be found in practically every series, from the small, urban BMW 1 Series to the powerful BMW X7. There were also BMW sports cars under the “M” name, as well as electric BMW i3.
MINI
The MINI cars are slightly less common than the BMW ones, but it is hardly surprising – it is a brand definitely less popular in Poland, with has in its offer small, but still quite expensive city cars. PLN 100,000, although there are also occasional copies a few years older, valued at about half this amount. Age compensates for their symbolic mileage, and the BMW dealer guarantees their impeccable condition. So this is an offer that is definitely worth considering.
Other brands
In addition to BMW and MINI, the brand program of Inchcape Motor Polska also includes other brands, primarily associated with luxury, but not only. You can choose from Porsche, Mercedes, Infiniti, Jaguar or Land Rover cars.
Numerous Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo and Toyota, and even Peugeot and Skoda cars are also waiting for new owners who used the Bravoauto program.
Used cars from companies – fleet hits of the program
The Polish BMW dealer also offers the so-called fleet cars, which in this case are a particularly attractive offer. These are used high-end cars – most often operated not by the infamous sales representatives covering every day hundreds of kilometers, but by managers in need of representative cars.
This translates into both lower mileage (it can be only a few thousand kilometers for a six-month period of use of a richly-equipped BMW) and exemplary appearance. The pros are also associated with an attractive financing offer, which means that you do not have to spend the entire amount at the same time. If you buy a car from a private user, you need to look for possible financing options on your own (through a bank loan), which complicates things.
So, whether BMW or a vehicle from another manufacturer, Bravoauto is a guarantee of excellent condition, low mileage and a reliable purchase. This is certainly an important advantage of the program.
Drawbacks of the program
Does buying a Premium Selection car have any drawbacks? It is certainly difficult to expect particularly attractive price offers – just a brief look at the financing calculator available on the Bravoauto website and the credit costs brutally bring you down to earth. However, this is not what such programs are about. The so-called bargains are the domain of commissions of dubious reputation, most often the lower price at the beginning is associated with the need to incur larger expenses later (which e.g. in the case of BMW might hit your pocket. It is necessary then to spend not only money but also time on servicing.
It is also hard to resist the impression that the used cars in the program could be described a little better – at least if you take into account the offer presented on the program’s website.
